IHC wants Rao Shakil’s case decided within 5 days

Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered that the case of former Ministry of Religious Affairs and Harmony DG Rao Shakil be decided within five days.

IHC Chief Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kasi took up Rao Shakil versus Islamabad central special judge case for hearing Friday.

Muhammad Nawaz Chaudhry appeared in the court and took the plea two writs of the petitioner are pending hearing with central special judge Islamabad and these cases are not being decided. It is requested that the court should issue orders for deciding Rao Shakil case as early as possible, he prayed.

IHC chief justice issued orders for deciding Rao Shakil case within five days. The hearing of the case was adjourned.
