Iranian border security forces fired three rockets overnight into Pakistani territory, a private news channel reported on Friday.
No casualties were reported.
According to security sources, three rockets fired by Iranian forces fell 12 kilometres inside the Pakistani territory, two kilometres away from the Pakistani check posts.
The Pakistani security forces retaliated the attack with gunfire, added the sources.
