Federal Information Minister Pervez Rashid has dispelled impression of any rift between Army and the government.
Responding to questions in a ceremony on Saturday, he said Army neither interfered in the past, nor it is doing it now, adding that the military institution thinks in the national interest of the country.
Pervez Rashid said Pakistan Army didn’t oppose better ties with India, and interference by Pervez Musharraf in the past was his personal step.
Replying to a question, he said PTI Chief Imran Khan couldn’t fulfill promises in 360 days what he had pledged to complete in 90 days.
