Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) Senator Nasreen Jalil said that Youtube is source of knowledge and information, and urged the prime minister to order lifting of ban on the site.
Nasreen Jalil stated this in a letter to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif wherein she conveyed the concerns of general public over the ban on social media website, Youtube. “Ban on Youtube has not been lifted despite the fact that Senate and National Assembly’s committees on human rights have given approval. The Lahore High Court has also ordered to lift the ban on Youtube,” she deplored.
The MQM Senator said that Youtube is an important social media website. In current circumstances the said website was a source of knowledge and information, she said, adding that Pakistan was the only country which had imposed ban on Youtube.
“We have joined the nations which have adopted 3G and 4G means of communication. I appeal to the prime minister to lift the ban on Youtube considering publics feeling and need,” Jalil urged the prime minister.
Pakistan prime minister is a stupid ass, he does not care about knowledge and information . He elected himself by making sure that each of his supporter's vote counted 10 for every one vote of opposition.
