Three housing projects to be launched for FGE
The Ministry of Housing and Works was considering to launch three projects in Islamabad through PHA Foundation in near future for the Federal Government Employees (FGE).
The projects included construction of Cat-I, II and III houses for the FGE (BS-20-22) at Kurri Road, construction of apartments for employees of BS 17-19 at Sector I-16/3 and construction of additional blocks of executive B-type apartments and D-type apartments with G+3 configuration on available land at Sector G-10/2, an official in the Ministry told APP.
He, however, said there were certain proposals under consideration of the FGE Housing Foundation to establish the new residential colonies in Islamabad and that the Foundation had taken up the matter with CDA for allocation of new sector/land in this regard.
CDA Chairman had constituted a committee for allotment of new sector to FGE Housing Foundation on April 2014. The matter is under process with CDA, in addition to the ongoing schemes include Bhara Kahu, G-15/3 and G-14/1,2,3 in Islamabad, he added.
