If Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) is not allowed to exercise its democratic rights participate in the May 11 protest in Islamabad, the PTI will go to Jati Umra and start protesting over there, said PTI Punjab President Ejaz Ahmed Chaudhry while warning Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif in a press conference on Saturday.

Ejaz said that it was shameful how Rana Sanaullah can come on TV and lie to the public that nothing was being done to harass and stop transportation availability to the PTI workers as for the last 24 hours transporters have been calling from all over Punjab and have been telling the PTI workers that they have been threatened that there license will be cancelled if they take the PTI workers to Islamabad.

He said that the PTI has been protesting against rigged elections for one year that even on the day of May 11, 2013 in the evening at 6.00 pm.  He said that Chairman Imran khan has said that the governments who do not come from the vote of the people do not care for the welfare and that is why the 1 year performance of the PML-N government is evidence to this fact.

He said that inflation, taxes and load shedding had completely destroyed the industry and the lives of the poor people while the government was busy telling lies through advertisements on TV about their performance. He said that on the May 1 will be the day when the real facts will come out.

Punjab Assembly Opposition Leader Mian Mehmoodur Rasheed said that the government was operating like a mafia and was trying to prevent the rigging scam from exposure from the last one year and despite raising this issue many times in the assembly nothing has been done.

He said that is why no matter what Rana Sanaullah and Chief Minister Shahbaz Sahrif do to prevent our workers from going to D-chowk nothing can stop the people from exposing the robbery that took place on May 11, 2013.
