The Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has issued special traffic plan for rally of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf on May 11 (Sunday) and specified three entry points in the Capital, a police spokesman said on Saturday.
Following the directions from Inspector General of Police Islamabad Aftab Ahmed Cheema, traffic plan for the rally of PTI has been prepared. SSP (Traffic) Islamabad Asmat Ullah Junejo has finalized this plan and three entry points have been specified for those who wanted to join this rally.
According to details, those coming from GT Road Peshawar and motorway will take left turn from Islamabad Chowk while those coming from Lahore will come on Expressway from T-Cross. Likewise, those coming from Murree will enter through Bhara Kahu.
Separate parking areas have been specified for vehicles of participants. Vehicles can be parked at Blue Area after taking right turn from Faisal
Avenue, Khayaban-e-Chowk. On right and left sides of Kulsoom plaza, vehicles can be parked while motorbikes can be parked on both sides of Service Road.
The main participants or VIPs would park their vehicles at Embassy road after coming through Aabpara. At the end of the gathering, participants will use Fazal-e-Haq road and Nazim Uddin Road.
