A contempt of court petition filed against PTI Chairman Imran Khan over ruckus in the Lahore High Court (LHC) has been withdrawn.
PMLN lawyers had approached the LHC requesting that workers of the PTI violated decorum of the court by storming into a court room two days ago, and that Imran Khan should be tried for contempt of court.
However, under the instructions of PM Nawaz Sharif, PMLN Lawyers Forum has withdrawn the petition.
