KARACHI
Sindh Inspector General Iqbal Mehmood chaired a meeting at the Central Command and Control Centre in connection with the bombing in Gizri on Friday.
According to a police press release, Additional IG Shahid Hayat and other senior police officials attended the meeting and discussed various aspects of the incident as well as its preliminary report.
The IG directed them to examine the incident from different angles and utilise all available resources for early arrest of the perpetrators.
He called upon the forensic division to play its role in the investigation and all other sections of the police department to coordinate in the investigation process.
