The Mithi district and sessions judge accepted on Monday pre-arrest bail of five Rangers personnel in a murder case.
The district and sessions judge, Inam-ue-Rehman, accepted the pre-arrest bail of five Rangers men – Muhammad Abbas, Karamat Hussain, Mazhar Hussain, Muhammad Razzaq and Muhammad Khalil.
The case against the five law enforcers was lodged on April 17 after 10 days of the incident following the court orders.
A man Nasir Talpur was killed in firing by Rangers on the night of April 7 in Chhachhro Taluka. The victim’s family accused Rangers of shooting their son dead who, they said, had gone out for hunting with friends.
