A young man on Sunday fell in to a tunnel he had dug out in search of a hidden treasure in Bagh Beera area of Multan, a private news channel reported.
According to the report, Zeeshan dug a tunnel in his home to look for the treasure as advised by his spiritual leader.
During his treasure hunt, the tunnel collapsed with Zeeshan inside. Resultantly, the man got trapped inside with no source of breathing air.
According to official of Rescue 1122 who reached the spot, a 30-feet-long tunnel was discovered dug in Zeeshan’s house built on one marla. The rescue personnel carried out efforts for eight hours to recover the man alive from the tunnel, he added.
