Three hundred contract employees of allied hospitals of the garrison city have been regularised.
The board of management of the allied hospitals approved the promotion of the employees of grade-1 to grade 15 in a meeting, which was presided over by board chairman Dr Muhammad Aslam.
The meeting was also attended by allied hospitals and Rawalpindi Medical College Principal Dr Umar, Holy Family Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr Arshad Ali Sabar, Benazir Bhutto General Hospital MS Dr Asif Qadir, Civil Hospital MS Dr Nasir Mehmood and others.
