LAHORE – Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice (CJ) Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry on Saturday constituted five division benches (DB) and 11 single benches (SB) for hearing cases at the Principal Seat, Lahore in the week starting from March 28. For the next week, the LHC CJ will sit at the Rawalpindi Bench for hearing matters in division benches as well as single benches.
According to a notification issued by the office of LHC additional registrar (Judicial) the DBs are: DB-I Justice Iftikhar Hussain and Justice Sheikh Ahmad Farooq, DB-II Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, DB-III Justice Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Asad Munir, DB-IV Justice Sheikh Najamul Hassan and Justice Rauf Ahmed Sheikh, DB-V Justice Manzoor Ahmed Malik and Justice Anwaarul Haq. The Lahore SBs are: Justice Iftikhar Hussain, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed, Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Justice Asad Munir, Justice Sheikh Najamul Hassan, Justice Manzoor Ahmed Malik, Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Sheikh Ahmed Farooq, Justice Rauf Ahmad Sheikh and Justice Anwaarul Haq.
The Rawalpindi Bench DBs are: DB-I CJ Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry and Justice Shahid Hameed Dar, DB-II Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh and Justice Chaudhry Tariq. The Rawalpindi bench SBs are: CJ Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry, Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh, Justice Chaudhry Tariq and Justice Shahid Hameed Dar. The DBs at Multan Bench are: DB-I Justice Sagheer Ahmad Qadri and Justice Khalid Mehmood Khan, DB-II Justice Imtiaz Ahmad and Justice Ijaz Ahmad and DB-III Justice Sardar Tariq Masood and Justice Sardar Shamim Khan.
