Islamabad High Court has summoned ISI DG in court on April 02, a private news channel reported on Friday.
The IHC bench has issued summons to the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Director General (DG) Lt General Zaheerul Islam in the Missing Persons’ Case and has compelled him to appear before the court on April 2.
The court has ordered additional attorney general (AAG) to convey court’s orders to the ISI DG.
According to reports, the summon notice has been delivered to the ISI head office by a courier service.
Earlier, IHC Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan had ordered on March 24, to issue summon to the ISI chief to appear before the bench on April 04.
