Telenor & Nokia sign agreement to facilitate downloading

ISLAMABAD – Two multi-national cellular companies, on Tuesday, inked an agreement in Islamabad aimed at facilitating their users with more options of downloading to be transferred directly to the subscribers’ mobile phone sets. The facility is being provided by Telenor and Nokia, who signed the agreement of greater downloading (OVI store). “Under this facility, Nokia users can easily download different applications,” Operator Sales Manager of Nokia in Pakistan and Afghanistan Nauman Durrani told Pakistan Today.
The mobile phone, he said, was taking every possible step to facilitate its consumers. Elaborating the agreement, Durrani said Telenor was the first network which put on its applications in OVI store, latest technology in cellular phone services to download more applications like games, songs, audio/video and news clips.
