QUETTA – Two bullet riddled-bodies of missing Baloch men were found in Windar, Lasbela on Wednesday, said police officials. The officials told Pakistan Today that police, on information, recovered two bodies from a deserted site in Winder. The bodies were taken to hospital for autopsy where they were identified as Arif Noor and Nawaz Marri. Both victims were shot in their chests and heads and died on the spot, said police. Arif Noor was an employee of Gwadar Development Authority and was abducted about five months ago while Nawaz Marri was abducted in January while coming to Windar from Hub.
Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP) Chairman Nasrullah Baloch condemned the killings. He said family members of Arif Noor had participated in hunger strike camps organised by VBMP for the recovery of missing persons in Karachi and Quetta. He demanded the chief justice of Pakistan and other humanitarian organisations take immediate notice of such incidents as more than hundred missing persons had been killed during the past seven months.
