706 employees recruited in PTDC illegally during previous regime
Around 706 employees were recruited in Pakistan Tourism Development Cooperation (PTDC) while ignoring the vacancies position and cordial formalities in during last five years.
In a written reply by the Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination said that during the last five years, total 91 persons were employed on daily-wage basis, out of which three were regularized earlier while remaining 88 persons were regularized on the recommendations of the Cabinet Committee.
Around 32 regular employees and officers are working in the hotels and Motels of PTDC in district Manshera and Abbottabad.
There are 35 motels, 1 hotel and 4 restaurants are working in the country under the PTDC at present.
