Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto on Friday appealed to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Altaf Hussain to call off his party’s decision to observe a day of mourning in Karachi on Saturday.
Minutes after Haider Abba Rizvi’s press conference, in which he announced to observe day of mourning in Karachi on Saturday, Bilawal said that the decision was a larger conspiracy against Altaf Hussain.
In his message on Twitter, Bilawal said, “Lots of sympathy for MQMs legitimate concerns. But they will loss all good wills if they take Karachi hostage again with strike politics.”
Bilawal asked Altaf Hussain to tell his party workers that threatening of people of Karachi traders and transporters live on television is not philosophy of the MQM’s chief.
Bilawal wrote, “I appeal 2 (to) UncleAltaf 2 (to) call of strike. Pls (please) tell MQM ppl (people) tht (that) threatening ppl (people) of KHI (Karachi), traders & transporters on live TV is not ur (your) phil (philosophy) of love.”
Bilawal went on saying, “I’ve warned about anti-Altaf forces within MQM.I fear this strike is part of a larger conspiracy vs. uncle Altaf. I hope he doesnt fall 4 (for) it.”

  1. The economy of Pakistan suffers a loss of Rs 15 Billion a day due to strike. http://www.khaleejtimes.com/DisplayArticle09.asp?…

Does the MQM (Mustaqil Qaumi Museebat) mafia know its impacts:

How many schools, colleges, universities and hospitals could have been built with this amount?

How many people could have been employed if this money was put in some industry?

Can you ever imagine that a daily wage earner goes back home without earning even a single penny for the day? How will he feed his family?

How about the businessmen/exporters who have to deliver their orders?

How can you expect foreign investment when there is shutter down in Karachi every other week?

Perhaps that's why people have been moving out of Karachi during the past few years when MQM was in the government and calling strike simultaneously!

A person sincere & loyal with Pakistan can never even imagine these malaise… This can be expected only from someone who deliberately wants to inflict harm to Pakistan!
