ISLAMABAD-
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Tuesday submitted references of cases regarding the multi-million scam involving the Oil and Gas Regulator Authority (OGRA) and the appointment of its former chairman Tauqir Sadiq in the accountability court.
The registrar office had earlier raised objections over the references. The references were resubmitted today by NAB after a review and removal of objections.
During the hearing of case regarding Sadiq’s appointment as OGRA’s chairman, the court issued summons to Prime Ministers Yousaf Raza Gilani Raja Pervaiz Ashraf and Tauqir Sadiq, irdering them to appear before the court on February 18.
