Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Friday urged the Taliban and Pakistani government to ensure a ceasefire while the dialogue process goes underway.
In a meeting with Rahimullah Yousafzai and Rustam Shah Mehmand, members of the committe formed by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to hold talks with the militants, Khan termed the peace talks as a good sign.
He said that the nation and media should be kept informed about the development during the talks so that no element could sabotage the peace process.
