CRI, Roots Confucius classroom making history with 4,000 students
China Radio International (CRI) and Roots Millennium Schools (RMS), with a view to promote cultural relationship between China and Pakistan and to forge language cooperation between the two organisations are promoting Chinese and Urdu Languages for the benefit of both Pakistan and China.
Under the agreement the promotion of Chinese language and culture and establishment of CRI Confucius Classroom across Pakistan is the common visionary goal of the CRI-Roots Confucius Classroom.
To realise this common goal, both of these organizations closely collaborate and fully cooperate with each other in the spirit of equality and common development to get more productive results through their synergised endeavors as stated by the visionary Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq TI, Roots Millennium Schools Chief Executive at a graceful, yet exhilarating and sensitising ceremony co-hosted by CRI and RMS with 1000 as audience marking the 3rd Anniversary of CRI-Roots Confucius Classroom in presence of the chief guest on the occasion Madame Sun Weidong, Ambassador of Peoples Republic of China in Pakistan, Minister of State for Privatization Mohammad Zubair, senators, MNAs, former ambassadors to China, think tanks, progressive thinkers and policy makers, Jesus Zenen Buergo, Ambassador of Cuba, large number of diplomats and bureaucrats, Chinese and foreign media, CRI country correspondent and CRI correspondent Qin Shengrui.
The program commenced formally as the national anthems of the two nations were played and beautifully sung by the Millennials in a manner nothing but a breeze radiating pleasant sensation and touching hearts of the whole auditorium with tickling pulses that oozed with feelings of love and friendship.
Special endorsement messages from President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif were read, which shows the significance of such initiative taken by Faisal Mushtaq as the idea sponsor three years before.
