Talks with TTP : Bilawal and MQM not happy

Known for openly bashing militants and opponents on Twitter, Chairman Pakistan People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Wednesday expressed his irk over Prime Minister Nawaz Shairf’s announcement of offering Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) a chance to initiate peace talks.
Bilawal said the PM’s decision was based on an ‘appeasement policy.’
Tweeting after the PM’s address to the National Assembly, Bilawal criticized the decision of negotiations with the terrorists.
Comparing Sharif to the United Kingdom’s Prime Ministers, Bilawal tweeted, “I want him (PM Sharif) to be our Churchill. Unfortunately he is becoming our Neville Chamberlain pursuing policy of appeasement.”
Churchill is known as one of the greatest wartime leaders who stood against Adolf Hitler in World War II while Chamberlain is known for his submissive foreign policy in which he conceded a British region to Germany.
Bilawal asked in another tweet that the government should report the extent of success it has received so far in pursuing talks with the Taliban for the last nine months.
“Let’s change constitution. No matter what u do, treason, terrorism or mass murder. No prison & no consequences every1 b give option for talks”, commented the PPP chairman.

Meanwhile in Islamabad, Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) leader Farooq Sattar expressed his displeasure over the government’s decision to hold peace talks with Taliban, saying that his party can only pray for successful dialogue.

Talking to media representatives, Sattar said that terrorists are allowed to do whatever they want, adding that there is no policy to counter terrorism.
He further added that the terrorists have destroyed the country but the government still wants to give them a chance.
