LAHORE – Lahore Tiger overwhelmed Yu Slim CC by one run while Sialkot Senior Green brushed aside Gujranwala Senior by 28 runs in the 13th National Seniors Cricket Cup in Central Punjab Zone.
In Group F tie at Model Town Green Ground, Lahore Tiger made 247-7 with Muhammad Saif 63, Karamat Ali 43, Muneer Ahmed 37, Asad Aziz 27 and man of the match Tahir Sheikh 31. Masood Ali 3-34, and Hafiz Saeed 2-30 were the wicket takers but their team fell one short of target with 246.
