An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Saturday reserved its verdict over the jurisdiction of the court for hearing the Wali Babar’s murder case.
During the proceedings of murder case, counsels of the accused said the case should be transferred to sessions court as it was not under the jurisdiction of ATC. However, the court reserved its verdict which would be announced on February 01.
