Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Thursday the Karachi operation should continue until restoration of peace in the city.
He was talking to Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan. The minister apprised Nawaz about the Karachi operation. The PM gave directives to the minister to continue the targeted operation at all costs until the situation stablises in the metropolitan.
The PM expressed satisfaction over the ongoing operation against criminals in Karachi.
About the TTP-government dialogue, Nisar briefed the PM about the progress made in the process with certain elements of the outlawed group.
