Federal Information Minister Parvez Rashid has dispelled the impression that the assets of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif have risen over last few years.

In a statement on Saturday, he said that the statement issued by Jamat-e-Islami Chief Munawar Hassan claiming rise in PM’s assets was an attempt to confuse the masses.

Pervez Rasheed clarified that it was very natural that value of already acquired assets‚ both movable and immovable‚ increase over a period of time and hence, there was no point of discussion.

  1. If present dispensation is not doing any thing for Pakistan but it is indeed doing very well at least for Mr Rasheed who seems to have put up some weight.

  2. "No point of discussion.

The masses struggle to survive, we have a billionaires club with most not able to justify their wealth or blatantly lied and this idiot says, no point of discussion. What are you smoking Mr Rasheed?.

  3. Yes, sometimes assets do rise but sometimes they fall. Unfortunately for the vast majority of us, the 'real' value of our assets has fallen.
If only Nawaz can put his knack of always making a profit to use in saving Pakistan's fragile situation
