Local Bodies’ elections will be held on November 27 and December 7 in Sindh and Punjab respectively.
The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Wednesday issued a polling schedule in this regard.
During a meeting, chaired by Acting Chief Election Commissioner Justice Tassaduq Jilani, it was decided that nomination papers would be received on November 11 and 12.
Objections against nomination papers can be filed on November 13 while scrutiny will take place from November 16 to 18.
Appeals against objections can be filed on November 19 and 20 and these will be disposed of by November 23. Nomination papers can be withdrawn by November 24.
Final lists of candidates will be notified on November 25.
