At least 10 people died in an accident on Monday when a container fell over two vehicles carrying wedding guests in Katta Kashta area in tehsil Jamrud of Khyber Agency.
According to the witnesses, a transit trade container carrying ghee and cooking oil crushed the cars and killed 10 people including bride, women and children on the spot, while several others sustained injuries.
The local people, political administration and security personnel after hectic efforts recovered the bodies and injured as the container completely destroyed the vehicles.
