Five more people lost their lives in target killing incidents on Monday.
A man was shot dead by unidentified gunmen near Tariq Road. Earlier, one person was killed in Orangi Town, Dabba Morr, another man was killed in Manghopir area, third person was found brutally murdered and dumped in Mawach Goth, and the dead body of a child drowned two days back was recovered from a nullah near Steel Town.
According to Rangers spokesman, the paramilitary force has arrested 35 suspects during raids in various areas of Karachi including Lyari, Landhi, PIB Colony, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Orangi Town and other areas within 24 hours.
