Peshawar blast kills 6 police officers, injures 8

A bomb blast took place in the Budh Bher area of Peshawar, killing six police officers and injuring eight others on Monday.

According to reports, the insurgents targeted the police which was providing security to the polio team. Around 12 police officers were in the van near the time of the blast. The injured were transported to Lady Reading Hospital.

The area was cordoned off and the police began their investigation.

More details are yet to be provided.

  1. While the political parties wait to talk with Talibans, they keep on killing innocent Pakistanis as they are instructed by their puppet masters in RAW. My gut feelings were right about the involvement of RAW when these killers under the name of Talibans killed the French engineers in Karachi (they were helping Pakistan in assembling submarines).
