ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court on Tuesday sought para-wise comments from the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) and Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) within 10 days regarding 37.5 million bogus voters in the electoral list.
A two-member bench of Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and Justice Ghulam Rabbani was conducting hearing on a case of fake names included in the electoral rolls of various constituencies. The court also issued notice to Attorney General of Pakistan Maulvi Anwarul Haq regarding the matter as well.
