After a successful debut with Kai Po Che, Sushant Singh Rajput is riding high on the success of Shudh Desi Romance. The actor has big films in his kitty, but he seems to have disappointed director Abhishek Kapoor. According to a report in Mid-day, Kai Po Che director Abhishek Kapoor apparently had a showdown with actor Sushant Singh Rajput as he signed Shekhar Kapur’s Paani. Abhishek will be directing Sushant in Fitoor and the actor’s dates for the two films might clash. Sushant is busy preparing himself for Dibakar Banerjee’s Byomkesh Bakshi. Abhishek’s Fitoor is reportedly slated to go on floors early next year, while Sushant’s dates will be blocked for Shekhar’s Paani post April. This has apparently not gone down too well with Abhishek Kapoor who has almost taken Sushant Singh Rajput under his wings post Kai Po Che. However, Mid-day further stated that Sushant’s spokesperson cleared the air and claimed that all is well between the two.
