There has been massive reshuffling at the senior officers’ level in the Supreme Court.

Sources said the SC management has transferred Superintendent Pervez Tarar of the Registrar’s Office from Islamabad to Karachi. He is accused of harassing the subordinate staff and causing unnecessary delay in the movement of the files. It is notable that he was working as superintendent in the registrar office since a long time. He also worked as superintendent during the judiciary crisis when former chief justice Abdul Hamid Dogar presided over the SC.

Registrar Administration, Muhammad Afzal, has been transferred from Islamabad to the Quetta registry; Maqbool Mangrio, assistant registrar, has been moved from Islamabad to the Peshawar registry; data entry operator, Imtiaz Omar and his wife Hina have been relocated from Islamabad to the Peshawar registry.

Former superintendent of the Registrar Office in Islamabad has been replaced by Jan Murawwat while deputy registrar Khalid Mehmood has been transferred from the Peshawar registry to Islamabad principal seat.
