Hijab Day was observed on Wednesday to highlight the importance of the Hijab (veil) for women.
A ceremony on the occasion attended by women belonging to the showbiz industry was held at the Governor’s House
Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwer was the occasion’s chief guest.
Renowned celebrities Meera, Mahnoor, Zara Akbar and the famous Dress Designer BG were some of the event’s attendees.
