Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) in collaboration with Margalla police removed Car Bazaars from Sector G-9 after citizens complained of traffic jams and fraudulent sale of vehicles.
As per details, SP (Traffic) Asmat Ullah Junejo reviewed the situation and removed the bazaar. The bazaar was visited by many especially on Sundays causing traffic problems. Vehicle sellers used to park their vehicles in front of residencies creating difficulties for the residents hampering smooth flow of traffic.
SP Traffic said that strict action would be taken against those found involved in any such activity in the future. He said that Islamabad Traffic Police’s objective is to ensure an exemplary traffic system through smooth flow of traffic in the city which could only be achieved with the cooperation of the masses.
