A delegation of Chinese Engineering Company called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in the city and discussed matters relating to construction of Lahore-Karachi motorway. The delegation informed Nawaz that feasibility report of the Karachi-Lahore Motorway is being prepared. It said that the motorway will be completed within three years. The prime minister proposed to the delegation that that time for completion of the motorway should be reduced.
