The process of appointments and transfers of high ranking Army officers is continuing as four major generals have been awarded with new responsibilities on Friday.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), an information wing of the Army, Major General Taqueer has been appointed as Director General Budget and Major General Hilal has been appointed as Director General MT.
Meanwhile, Major General Furruk Rashid has been appointed as Director General FMC and Major General Tariq Ghafoor as GOC of 14-Division. A spokesman of the ISPR said the appointments are not unusual and a part of routine process.
