Reports stated that a man named Khalid had been married to two women, Asiya and Samreen. After his death a few years ago, both his wives were living in the same house.
On Saturday Asiya suddenly got unconscious and was shifted to the nearest hospital by her family members. She failed to recover and died after reaching hospital. Her family members claimed that Samreen gave her poisonous food and thus murdered her.
The police recovered the dead body and shifted it to the morgue for postmortem. The police said that further investigation would be carried out after the postmortem’s report.
