Punjab SES Teachers Association has expressed concerns over the issuance of show cause notices to 500 more teachers on showing poor results in Primary and Middle grade exams and threatened to stage a protest if the notices were not taken back.
The Education Department has issued show cause notices to 500 male and female teachers in the district on poor results in education boards exams of Primary and Middle.
District President of the association Chaudry Zafar Mehmood said that in reality, officers of Education Department are responsible for the poor results as they keep the teachers busy in census, election and vaccination duties the whole year.
