Dera Ismail (DI) Khan Additional District and Sessions Judge Rauf Khan on Sunday directed the DI Khan Centre Prison Authorities to lift the ban on relatives meeting prisoners in the DI Khan Central Jail.
The prison authorities had announced a complete ban on relatives meeting prisoners, after the attack on the prison by TTP militants.
The prisoners and their relatives have strongly protested against the ban saying “Such a ban is not justified as Eid is approaching.”
