An unmanned Indian spy plane on Saturday violated Pakistan’s airspace near Sialkot, officials said.
“The Indian remote piloted vehicle (RPV) entered Pakistani airspace in Sialkot sector,” security officials said, adding that the plane was forced back home after the Pakistan Air Force came into action.
The Indian aircraft penetrated about 350 meters into Pakistani territory for approximately two minutes.
A few months back an Indian Air Force fighter plane also violated Pakistan’s airspace.
In recent days, both the nuclear armed neighbours have witnessed tension on the disputed Kashmir boundary.
