Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif onThursday visited the mausoleum of the country’s founder, Quaide Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Nawaz was in the metropolis on a day-long visit.
The prime minister paid his respects and offered Fatiha at the mausoleum and prayed
for the Quaid’s soul and for the country’s prosperity. Later, Nawaz laid a floral wreath on the tomb. Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and Federal Minister for Water and Power Khawaja Asif and Information and Broadcasting Minister Abid Sher Ali accompanied the prime minister on his trip. Sindh Governor Ishratul Ibad and Chief Minister Qaim Ali
Shah were also present on the occassion.
