Qaim urges effective power policy for country

Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Qaim Ali Shah on Tuesday said that a power policy was necessary to pull the country out of the dire power crisis that has been playing havoc with the lives of everyone alike.
He was chairing a high level meeting at the CM House on Tuesday afternoon.
A possible strategy was discussed that would be forwarded at the July 31 meeting of the Council of Common Interest (CCI).
The meeting at the CM’s residence was attended by Sindh CM’s Advisor Murad Ali Shah, Provincial Chief Secretary Aijaz Choudhry, Sindh Finance Secretary
Suhail Rajput, Energy Secretary Farooq Leghari among ither prominent personalities.
Aijaz Choudhry informed the attendees that Sindh presented its plan at the July 29 meeting of the chief secretaries held in Islamabad.
He said that in the July 31 meeting of the CCI the national power policy, gas, electricity theft, petroleum policy and other matters would be debated on, said a statement issued by the chief minister’s residence.
The chief minister said that a universal power policy was of the utmost importance as the entire country was in the grip of an energy crisis.
He directed the officials concerned to take indiscriminate action against those involved in power theft.

  1. I wish him all the success…..Unfortunately it will not happen. HIS MASTER BROTHER MR TAPPI….AND HIS PUPPIES WILL MAKE SURE THAT NOTHING HAPPENS.. LOW LIFER OFFICERS LIKE QAZI JAMAL MUSTAFA…WHO HAS NOT DONE CSS AND IS ENJOYING ALL THE PERKS SHOULD BE MADE EXAMPLE. THIS SO CALLED BABOO HAS ACCUMULATED ALOT OF WEALTH. WOULD SEE HOW THE CHIEF MINISTER REACTS IF SUCH COMMENTS CAN REACH THE FILES OF THE BABOOS. ATLEAST CHECK IF MY COMMENTS ARE NOT TRUE.

  2. if i can understand…QAZI JAMAL MUSTAFA is currently DC SOUTH…..Well heard about him. Well he was a defaulter a couple of years ago and now a big investor too….climbed well in short stint. Well done Mr Tappi. your puppies are doing well.
