President Zardari celebrates 58th birthday

President of Pakistan and leader of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari celebrated his 58th birthday Friday.

Zardari, the widower of Benazir Bhutto, who served two nonconsecutive terms as Prime Minister, completed his tenure of five years as the president of the country.

Thousands of the PPP workers celebrated its leader’s birthday in several cities of the country and prayed for his long and healthy life.

The president celebrated the birthday with his children who are out of country these days.

  2. must have been celebrated with pakistan tax payers money- lots of imported " sharbat"dancing and eating the finest food money can buy

  4. Happy Birthday & Many Happy Returns of the Day!!! You are the only statesman on Pakistan's political spectrum. Rest are just small pygmies but are better media managers. Nawaz & Imran are good at mudslinging. Personally, I feel these ugly faces will be exposed soon and you will be able to actively lead this nation. The top three leaders in Pakistan's history are : Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Benazir Bhutto and Asif Ali Zardari.
