  1. Dear Sir one of the major reason for flash Floods in the Leh Nullah is the encroachment of Land along this Nullah in the E -11 Sector of Islamabad where Owners of Marriage Halls have narrowed the banks of this Nullah to grab Land for their use and making Carparks . The District Administration of Islamabad is either unaware or oblivious of this development. which has obviously been done Illegally .
This selfish move on the part of Marriage hall owners has led to loss of property and endangered lives of people.I request that Immediate remedial action be initiated by CDA and punitive action may also be initiated against the persons who have committed this crime.
