KARACHI – The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday directed official provincial and federal lawyers to assist the court in a petition seeking the disqualification of MPA and former Sindh chief minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim due to his unauthorised absence from assembly sessions. An SHC division bench comprising Chief Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi directed Deputy Attorney General Rizwan Ahmed Dodani and Assistant Advocate General Sarwar Khan to assist the court in the constitutional petition filed by PPP leader Wali Muhammad Rahimoon.
