The Education Department Punjab has made it mandatory to submit Form-B in government and private schools at the time of admissions.
According to Education Department sources, this step is being taken to computerise the record of the students, and put an end to fake admissions. The computerisation of the record would make it easy to calculate the number of students in each school.
The sources said that computerizing the record would facilitate the process of gaining assistance from international donors for educational purposes.
