LAHORE – The Science Club of Kinnaird College (KC) for Women, Lahore organized the first ever Science Exhibition 2011 on Wednesday. Students from the departments of natural, formal and applied sciences participated in the event. Around 250 students contested for three categories including model making, poster presentation and multimedia presentation whereas around 60 students also presented scientific concepts, techniques and their research projects.
KC Principal Dr Rukhsna David, VP Dr Nikhat Khan, Political Science Head Saira Malik, Dr Fehmida Baqai, Dr Saleema Bashir and Dr Shahnaz Chaudahry visited the exhibition. Students will be rewarded today after evaluation of their projects. Visitors appreciated the work put by students. President and Science Club advisor Ayesha Munir and Dr Shahnaz Chaudhary organized the event.
