The Prime Minister and The President would be the first go along with a long list from the Parliament.
Little do the people sitting in the vehicle realize that they are also beggars albeit more sophisticated than the one standing by the road side. Asking money from the international agencies is also begging. Putting in money to remove circular debt without addressing the causes leading to its creation in the first place is what promotes begging of a very high order.
Message aside, there is also something basically wrong with the cartoon – in Pakistan the drivers are on the right side of the vehicle as against how it is shown in both the cars.
A ver astute observation. Congratulations. May be the cartoonist begged the idea fro a country where there is left hand driven vehicles.
