  1. Yes,kite flying gives injuries, they should use it very safely.
But we should not forget that kite flying is a part of our culture, and banning kite flying is banning our culture.
In 1990’s basant festival, colourful flying kites in the sky gives us a message of love, peace, and harmony among people.
Now there are no kites,no colours,no spring.Everything have become black and white and dull,no love, peace, and harmony among people.
Government should make a special separate ground in cities where every year in spring we can fly kites and bring colourful basant festival back.
